Umzimkulu Marina Number Five: in the Indigenous Garden

Umzimkulu Marina Number Five: in the Indigenous Garden: Facing out over the river and the jungle to one side. Surrounded by indigenous plants and trees – right in nature. A small stream separates from the venue-for-hire further down the river bank. With its own hideaways and cool features. Like a treehouse and a small jetty for your boat. Or to fish from in solitude. Or read a book. Or just enjoy the sunshine on the lush lawn.

This larger and very adaptable unit can sleep a double, an upstairs single (spiral fish staircase), and bunks in the lounge – making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The lounge and kitchen area are open plan. All units have tvs with a few channels to enjoy.

There is also a neat feature – an interleading door than can be deployed when needed. It makes Numbers 4 and 5 into a sprawling scene.

There is a large braai and entertainment area – and a fully equipped kitchen, like all the units. And access to the newly installed pizza oven, which has proven a lot of fun! We can cater for you now too – on request and for residents only! Pizza and seafood!

We often rent this unit as part of the venue hire across the stream. Its kitchen is great for large meals or catering with its ample fridge and cooking/preparing space. The units being so close by is ideal for weddings and celebrations that might go into the night time.
